Anthropic is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Tech to drive AI adoption across a focused portfolio of enterprise accounts. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to global technology leaders, helping them harness the full potential of Claude's capabilities—including API, Claude Code, Cowork, and emerging surface areas.
You will develop deep partnerships with key decision-makers in complex, matrixed organizations, understanding their multi-pronged business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. Working in partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, provide best practices and guidance, and support them as their usage grows and evolves.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and understanding their business objectives
- Owning customer operations across the account lifecycle, maintaining structured operational assessments (customer readiness, operational health, strategic alignment, enablement strategy, adoption intelligence) that ground comprehensive account and success plans and Executive Business Reviews
- Becoming an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code, and Cowork, understanding technical nuances and best practices to guide customers to the right solutions
- Proactively driving consumption planning and developing credible ROI hypotheses, quantifying outcomes that build the case for continued and expanded investment
- Monitoring usage patterns and identifying optimization opportunities across Claude surface areas to drive full value from contracted commitments
- Serving as the customer's thought partner, socializing Anthropic's product roadmap and driving awareness of new products
- Developing and executing change management strategies to drive end-user adoption, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
- Ruthlessly prioritizing across the account's many business units and workstreams, building programmatic, repeatable motions
The insights you gather from customers will directly inform Anthropic's research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies, making you a key voice in shaping how the company builds and delivers ongoing value.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, Anthropic expects all staff to be in one of their offices at least 25% of the time, though some roles may require more time in office.

- Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems; experience building with Claude Code, automating workflows with agents, skills, and tooling
