Notabene is building infrastructure for digital financial services, enabling money movement in the digital economy with compliance at its core. The company has ~50 employees across 14 countries and recently closed a Series B round backed by Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital. As Customer Success Manager for EMEA, you will own a book of customers ranging from crypto-native exchanges and payment providers to financial institutions and fintechs launching digital asset products. Your role spans the entire post-sales lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, business reviews, renewals, and upsells. You will run your own commercial conversations, including pricing negotiations and expansion deals, without handing them back to Sales. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer usage and engagement to identify risks early, guiding customers through Travel Rule compliance programs and stablecoin payment products, and working directly with customer integration teams on API documentation, test calls, and technical troubleshooting. You'll be a technical point of contact—comfort with APIs and the ability to diagnose integration issues matter more than an engineering background. You'll also identify growth opportunities across customer organizations, bring competitive and customer insights back to product and marketing teams, and maintain records in HubSpot. Success within a year means growing net retention across your book, getting customers live and identifying at-risk accounts early, converting qualified upsells, becoming the primary contact for compliance and commercial matters, and demonstrating deep product and industry knowledge. You bring ~5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in crypto, fintech, or regtech SaaS (or another complex technical market), managing your own customer book. You have commercial ownership—you've run renewals and upsells independently and negotiated pricing. You're comfortable with technical conversations, have experience across mid-market and enterprise customers, and understand compliance-driven or regulated environments. You're a self-directed doer who owns details and moves without waiting for processes to exist. The role includes some on-call duty outside office hours. Nice-to-have experience includes Travel Rule, stablecoin payments, or digital asset compliance; working with banks and regulated institutions entering digital assets; and building Customer Success processes from scratch.
