As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for Aidoc's healthcare customers, bridging the gap between the company and leading medical institutions. You will manage and grow customer relationships with key stakeholders at prestigious medical centers, understanding their pain points and workflows to maximize the value they derive from Aidoc's AI solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing customer relationships and identifying key decision-makers at medical centers
- Leading strategic discussions with physicians and hospital leadership to understand clinical and operational objectives
- Serving as the liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Data, AI, R&D) to drive product enhancements informed by customer feedback
- Ensuring smooth technical onboarding and implementation of solutions
- Performing data analysis and creating compelling narratives around solution performance and clinical impact
- Initiating and executing research initiatives to demonstrate value
- Developing deep expertise in Aidoc's solutions, expected performance metrics, and user interfaces
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and support teams in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. The role requires travel up to 25% and availability during Central US time zones.
Required qualifications include a BSc in science, engineering, or quantitative field (MSc preferred), 4+ years in customer success, customer-facing analytics, or project management, and demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and executive-level relationship building. Experience with SaaS, data analytics, medical imaging, radiologists, or research is advantageous. You should be tech-savvy, analytical, and an excellent communicator.
