As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor to C-level executives and their teams, helping them operationalize strategy execution and drive measurable business outcomes using the WorkBoard platform. You will work directly with CEOs, GMs, and business unit leaders to embed the platform across their organizations, ensuring adoption and maximizing value realization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Constructing and executing programs that help large global companies transform how they run their businesses and achieve strategic objectives
- Building deep, trusted relationships with senior executives and program teams
- Guiding customers on best practices for strategy communication, alignment, and accountability
- Training and enabling customers to maximize business results from the platform
- Applying expertise in outcomes management, timelines, and change management to drive adoption
- Identifying the most impactful ways to apply the solution within each customer's unique business context
You will have the opportunity to influence how companies formulate strategic objectives, operationalize them, and make tangible impacts on employee engagement and business results. This role combines customer success, consulting, and strategic advisory work with enterprise clients.
Required qualifications:
- 5-8 years of overall work experience with at least 3 years in Customer Success, Program Management, Consulting, or Professional Services
- Experience working in or for a high-growth SaaS technology company
- Proven track record of driving successful application adoption and delivering great customer experiences
- Strong management, communication, and change management skills
- Comfortable with AI tools and an AI-forward mindset
- Ability to work with enterprise-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
