Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 / annual

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer relationship for a defined book of business, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals. You will quarterback the customer journey, identifying opportunities and serving as the voice of customers internally. Key responsibilities include:
- Own onboarding, training, and renewal processes for your assigned customer portfolio
- Collaborate across CS, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and leadership to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities
- Engage daily with customers while monitoring performance metrics using available datasets (Vitally)
- Lead structured customer engagements including cadence calls and quarterly business reviews with clear agendas and outcomes
- Deliver consistently on commitments and timelines for customer-facing and internal workstreams
- Build deep understanding of Trovata's platform and advise customers on relevant features for their business needs
- Become a trusted advisor around best practices for corporate treasury and liquidity management
