Traba is building software to optimize global supply chain operations. The company started by connecting warehouses, manufacturers, and distributors with reliable workers, and now is scaling Neo, an AI product that helps warehouse and 3PL operators run their entire operations more efficiently. Traba is backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.
As a Customer Success Manager for Neo, you will own the sales and customer success lifecycle for Traba's AI product targeting warehouse and 3PL operators. You will sell to owners, COOs, and finance leaders, building ROI cases that demonstrate how Neo improves their P&L and closing deals that grow into six-figure contracts. Traba's existing staffing relationships provide warm access to operators who already trust the company, so you won't be starting cold.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running pilots that convert: Lead pilot kickoffs with quantifiable success criteria and roadmaps. Monitor pilot pacing, spot slippage early, and drive on-time conversion by building the business case and running conversion conversations with economic buyers.
- Driving adoption and usage: Onboard business users, track weekly adoption metrics (active users, returning users, interactions, time in product), and act on trends for each account. Understand when low usage is actually a win (e.g., when an agent handles the work or output lands outside Neo).
- Growing accounts: Identify new use cases during and after pilots, expand into new users, teams, and sites within existing customers, and own expansion revenue for your book.
- Being the voice of the customer: Bring field patterns to Product and Engineering with clear asks and priorities. Spend real time on customer sites to learn operations, shifts, and the people who run them. Help shape the Neo CS playbook as the company scales, including kickoff templates, success plans, QBRs, and health scores.
You will work directly with leadership, product, and engineering to shape the GTM motion. Your field insights will directly influence what the company builds next.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5+ years in customer success, account management, solutions consulting, or implementation at a B2B SaaS or AI startup
- Comfort with data: ability to read usage trends, build simple dashboards, and tell clear stories with numbers
- Strong stakeholder management skills, from managers to C-suite
- Ownership mentality: you run your book like a business and don't wait for a playbook
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
The position is based onsite in New York City, five days per week.
