You'll be responsible for the complete customer lifecycle: onboarding, ongoing communication, issue resolution, campaign performance monitoring, and account growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the trusted, responsive point of contact for customers, maintaining clear and confident communication
- Preparing for and leading customer meetings, capturing feedback and blockers, and providing same-day follow-ups with clear owners and deadlines
- Owning onboarding end-to-end across product suites, gathering requirements and translating them into internal action items
- Monitoring media campaign performance closely, sending daily status reports, and flagging risks early
- Supporting renewals and account expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and surfacing unmet customer needs
- Becoming an expert in SnapMagic's products and customer workflows, replicating bugs, filing clear tickets, and keeping customers informed on resolution status
- Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot, Linear, Trello, and Slite, and helping refine team playbooks as the company scales
This is a hands-on role requiring personal ownership of both the customer relationship and the execution behind it. You'll work closely with the Head of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

- Ability to learn technical products quickly and diagnose customer issues in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Strong organizational skills and discipline to keep systems and follow-ups current
- Comfortable analyzing data and metrics to spot trends and track customer health
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, solving problems first, and escalating early when risk appears
- High ownership and bias toward action
