Salary: EUR 2,400 - 2,800 / monthly
Join FYUL's Sales & Success team as a Customer Success Manager, driving relationships with high-volume B2B clients globally. FYUL is a fast-growing commerce platform formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce, powering on-demand commerce at global scale.
In this role, you'll work with high-profile B2B customers, with primary focus on US-based accounts. Your responsibilities include acting as an ecommerce advisor to help clients grow their business by unlocking new opportunities, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to increase wallet share, and engaging in value-based conversations to improve customer experience with FYUL platforms.
You'll manage the sales process to discover customer needs, develop and maintain relationships with large B2B accounts, and collaborate across departments to facilitate customer fulfillment. You'll achieve quarterly sales objectives, accurately forecast sales activity, serve as a proactive trusted advisor, and guide clients in adapting their businesses to current market conditions.
The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, passion for technology and sales, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills, ambition to succeed, and a desire to learn are essential. Fluent English required for this international team.
Compensation includes a base salary of €2,400 gross plus variable compensation (total €2,800+ when goals are met).
