Nimble is a real-time web search platform that powers enterprise AI systems and high-stakes business decisions. The company builds Web Search Agents that actively navigate live websites using real browsers and reasoning, transforming the public web into governed, decision-grade data. Unlike index-based AI search tools or legacy scraping solutions, Nimble delivers structured, verifiable outputs on demand for use cases where correctness is critical: financial due diligence, real-time pricing intelligence, market research, and AI systems requiring fresh, complete data. Trusted by enterprises like Home Depot, Uber, and Coca-Cola, Nimble is backed by top-tier investors and scaling rapidly.
As Customer Success Manager, you will own revenue growth and retention for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving expansion, renewals, and advocacy while reducing churn. You'll serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes and maximize platform value. Key responsibilities include managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships; running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews (EBRs); proactively monitoring customer health signals (usage, outcomes, risks); and translating technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You'll work closely with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to deliver long-term success, escalate customer feedback to influence roadmap priorities, and advise both technical and business leaders on how Nimble supports their data and growth objectives. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, enterprise customer empathy, and commercial mindset. You'll report to the VP of Customer Success and manage relationships with data, engineering, product, and BI teams at your customers.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of customer-facing SaaS experience (including post-sale roles like Customer Success or Account Management), 1-2+ years supporting enterprise customers in high-growth startups, and experience partnering with technical stakeholders in complex environments. You should have strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with web technologies and comfort troubleshooting via APIs and logs. You're a fast learner with a curious, proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and executive presence to influence senior and C-level stakeholders.
