HappyRobot is an AI infrastructure platform enabling enterprises to build and orchestrate autonomous AI workforces that make decisions, take action, and run operations across enterprise systems. The company was founded through Y Combinator (S23) and has raised over $200M from investors including a16z, Base10, Prysm Capital, and Eurazeo. The platform is deployed in demanding environments including logistics and supply chain operations.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of large enterprise customers, ensuring they realize measurable value from their AI workforce deployments and helping them expand to new workflows, teams, and regions. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on driving adoption and expansion rather than support.
You will act as the primary day-to-day and executive-level contact for your accounts. You will define success metrics with customers (resolution time, load coverage, calls automated, cost savings), run regular business reviews translating performance data into business outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities into new use cases and geographies. You will partner closely with forward-deployed engineers and deployment strategists to scope and launch new workflows, monitor account health to anticipate risk, lead renewals, and capture customer feedback for the Product and Engineering teams. As the Customer Success function scales, you will build repeatable playbooks, onboarding materials, and best practices.
You will work alongside forward-deployed engineers, deployment strategists, and account executives, serving as the voice of the customer inside HappyRobot. The company is particularly interested in candidates with logistics backgrounds who can earn trust with large, complex organizations and speak the language of operations teams.
