As Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise/Strategic accounts, you will own a portfolio of Eudia's most important enterprise customers, serving as the strategic quarterback for executive relationships, value realization, adoption, renewals, and expansion. This is a high-autonomy role in an early-stage environment where you'll pioneer best practices and create repeatable frameworks.
Key responsibilities include: building multi-threaded relationships across Legal, Legal Ops, IT, Security, and executive stakeholders; leading executive-facing value conversations including QBRs and outcome storytelling; defining success metrics and KPIs with customers; guiding customers through AI-enabled workflow transformation; owning renewal and expansion strategy; leading end-to-end onboarding for complex implementations; and helping define Customer Success best practices and playbooks for the organization.
You'll work closely with Product, Delivery, and Sales teams to drive accountability across multiple workstreams. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, ability to create structure where none exists, and executive-ready communication skills. You'll travel for customer meetings and team events.
Required qualifications: 7+ years in enterprise/strategic Customer Success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles with measurable business outcomes; proven success managing enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders in complex organizations; strong commercial acumen around renewals, retention, risk forecasting, and expansion; ability to lead ambiguity and create frameworks proactively; executive-level communication skills; comfort learning new technology quickly and guiding customers through AI adoption; willingness to travel.
