AccuRx is a digital healthcare platform transforming NHS productivity by providing a unified system for primary and secondary care. The platform powers Total Triage, Self-Book appointment scheduling, Patient Questionnaires, Accumail staff communication, and Accurx Scribe (an AI-powered clinical note-taking tool). Used by 98% of GP practices and 68% of NHS Trusts, AccuRx is expanding rapidly across the UK healthcare system.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of 5–11 enterprise NHS accounts (ICBs or Trusts) end-to-end, from implementation through renewal. In primary care, you'll deepen existing strong relationships and drive adoption. In secondary care, you'll build relationships from scratch in a fast-growing market, particularly around Accurx Scribe adoption and outcomes realization.
Key responsibilities include managing account health and retention, building trust with NHS stakeholders (clinical leads, digital transformation heads, commercial directors), driving product adoption and usage, leading renewal conversations, and serving as the primary contact for your accounts. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, implementation, transformation, commercial ops, and finance teams. You'll also contribute to building and refining customer success processes and playbooks as the team scales.
The role requires navigating the unique complexity of NHS organizations—budget constraints, restructuring, stakeholder turnover, and competing priorities. Success is measured by trust, retention, and real customer outcomes, not commission-based metrics.
You should have prior experience in customer success, account management, or relationship-heavy roles. You're a trusted advisor, not a yes-person. You're comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments, genuinely curious about NHS operations, AI-native in your working approach, and skilled at connecting with diverse stakeholders. You're empathetic but maintain healthy boundaries, push back constructively, and bring people along on solutions.
