The company has achieved $30M+ ARR with 100% YoY growth and recently expanded its product suite to include an ad network, website builder, and paid subscription tiers.
The beehiiv Ad Network connects thousands of newsletter publishers with advertisers across major verticals. As a Customer Success Manager for Ad Solutions, you will own the post-sale experience for advertisers, managing onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term account growth. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role where you carry a book of business and a personal revenue target tied to retention, renewals, and upsells.
Key responsibilities include:
**Accounts & Revenue:** Own advertiser onboarding and campaign setup coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication. Develop account strategies tied to performance data and product launches. Identify and execute upsell opportunities to grow accounts predictably.
**Campaign Execution & Performance:** Monitor campaign performance daily and escalate issues to the Network Performance team. Partner with performance specialists to build advertiser-specific optimizations. Create reporting decks and proactive performance updates. Lead end-of-flight reviews and renewal conversations.
**Operating Rigor:** Maintain high standards for SLA compliance, CRM hygiene, and communication. Ensure accurate documentation and pipeline visibility. Reduce escalations through proactive communication and tight campaign management.
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Network Performance, and Product teams. The role requires comfort with AI-native workflows, using automation and tools to scale your own output rather than relying solely on manual processes.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of Customer Success experience, preferably in ad networks, media platforms, or digital advertising. You should have hands-on experience with advertiser onboarding, campaign setup, and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). Strong organizational skills, empathetic communication, process orientation, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously are essential. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, technical curiosity, and have a bias toward action with an ownership mentality.
