Required: experience leading complex onsite implementations in clinical/operational healthcare environments, exceptional relationship-building across organizational levels, strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration in startup environments, strong project management skills, autonomous client-embedded work capability, and ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements (drug screening, vaccinations).
