Okta is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive retention and expansion within its Key Accounts Sector. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will serve as a strategic advisor to large, complex enterprise customers, translating Okta's identity and security innovations into measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing C-level relationships to understand customer business goals and ensure strong ROI; designing and executing proactive success plans and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) with clear KPIs and timelines; mobilizing cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve escalations and drive coordinated success initiatives; gathering and surfacing customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement; identifying and communicating new products and features to enable customer adoption of Okta's capabilities; and identifying renewal risk while proactively spotting expansion opportunities.
You will thrive with 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting roles managing large enterprise relationships, preferably with SaaS-based technical products. The ideal candidate demonstrates a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, strong emotional intelligence and executive stakeholder management, exceptional presentation and communication skills for C-level engagement, strong listening and analytical abilities, collaborative cross-functional work style, and solid technical problem-solving skills with enterprise security experience preferred.
