As a Customer Success Executive (titled "Cash Management Executive" in the posting), you will identify and contact prospective SME customers via telephone and email to convert them to Allica's business banking solutions. Your primary goal is winning active new accounts and managing the full end-to-end onboarding journey—from prospect identification through to live, actively used accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Clearly communicating Allica's value proposition to decision-makers (owners, directors, financial directors) in target SME segments
- Working with prospect lists of variable intent to generate high-quality business current account and savings opportunities
- Supporting customers and prospects through onboarding to ensure smooth account opening and active usage
- Serving as often the first Allica representative SMEs interact with, maintaining professionalism and friendliness
- Continuously learning products and criteria to improve efficiency in qualifying and converting prospects
- Gathering customer feedback on desired features and feeding insights to product teams
- Collaborating with marketing and data teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and messaging
- Delivering business plan objectives and managing personal development
- Working cross-functionally with relationship managers, operations, KYC, and underwriters
You'll need proven track record in telephone-based lead generation with established SMEs (typically 5–250 employees), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and evidence of outperformance in similar roles. Experience working in fast-paced environments, adaptability, collaborative problem-solving, and a track record of exceeding targets are essential. Knowledge of SME financial products (payments, lending, accounting, CRM) and ideally business current accounts is valued.
Allica offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, full onboarding support, development opportunities, pension contributions, discretionary bonus, private health cover, life assurance, and family-friendly policies.
