Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join the RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) group. This is a full-time, exempt position.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer support, providing timely and accurate information in response to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. You will process customer support requests—including inquiries and change requests—according to established department policies and procedures. Working closely with the operations team, you will resolve customer support requests and provide timely feedback regarding service issues or customer concerns.
You will partner with the operations and business development teams to meet and exceed expectations for custom support delivery. This role offers opportunities to acquire new knowledge and continuously enhance your skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
