The company has originated over $17 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on its blockchain-native platform, making it the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure combines blockchain's transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation to reimagine loan origination, funding, and secondary market trading.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers across phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities include helping customers navigate the application process, resolving blockers, and explaining complex financial concepts in clear, customer-friendly language. You will build expertise in Figure's ecosystem, including HELOCs and other financial products, and provide troubleshooting support across customer and platform issues.
Key responsibilities include conducting video notary sessions with professionalism and attention to detail, completing compliance-related steps accurately, identifying trends to improve customer experience, and participating in training programs to expand your skill set. You'll work in a structured, fast-paced, high-volume environment and contribute to a high-performing, team-oriented culture.
The role requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to explain complex information clearly while building customer trust. No prior fintech experience is required—Figure provides comprehensive training on products, processes, and tools.
