Faro Health is seeking a Customer Strategy Director, Ecosystem Programs to lead strategic, multi-dimensional customer initiatives at the intersection of business strategy, clinical development, data, and technology. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on helping pharmaceutical organizations define new capabilities, develop operating models, and connect disparate technology and data ecosystems for unified workflows.
You will provide strategic leadership moving programs from conception through execution, combining executive-level customer relationship skills with management consulting-style problem solving and sufficient technical depth to lead conversations involving data architecture, analytics, statistics, integrations, and complex clinical development workflows. You will serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating between audiences and ensuring specialist expertise is leveraged effectively.
Key responsibilities include: leading large ecosystem and innovation programs that extend beyond established solution adoption; providing business and technical advisory to both customer and Faro stakeholders; shaping change strategies and operating approaches for technology adoption; bringing together cross-functional teams across organizations to drive complex programs; translating lessons from individual programs into repeatable frameworks and best practices; and collaborating closely with Customer Strategy Managers to ensure emerging initiatives connect to broader customer strategy.
You will work with Faro's Data Science, Implementation Services, Product, and Engineering teams, building long-term relationships with senior leaders across leading life sciences organizations. This role offers the opportunity to help define how Faro approaches emerging customer capabilities and ecosystem programs as the company scales, working at the forefront of how AI and technology transform clinical development.
