quantilope is a fast-growing SaaS platform that automates consumer research and delivers high-quality insights with speed and ease. As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be the key enabler for existing clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the Agile Insights Platform and drive adoption of new features and releases.
In this role, you will work alongside the Client Development team (who own the commercial relationship) to help clients succeed and answer their research needs with the software they already own. Your responsibilities include:
• Drive Product Adoption: Ensure clients run and utilize their purchased solutions (BBHT, Category Twins, advanced quantitative studies) and proactively resolve adoption bottlenecks.
• Enable Features & Releases: Bring subscription-included features to accounts that need them, including quinn Search, norms, heat maps, DIQ, Email Invite Module, Typing Tools, and API connections.
• Onboard Stakeholders: Guide new client leads and team members from foundational Academy training to independently building and running research projects in the platform.
• Track Account Health & Usage: Monitor usage metrics across your book of business to ensure steady platform consumption and intervene before low usage impacts renewal.
• Manage Pre- to Post-Sale Handovers: Join late-stage sales cycles to ensure seamless transitions so new clients build on what they were sold from day one.
• Voice of Customer to Product: Provide direct adoption feedback to the Product team, tracking feature uptake and identifying adoption barriers.
• Identify Expansion Handoffs: Recognize when clients need additional products, hand contextualized opportunities to pre-sales, and ensure post-sale adoption.
You will listen for the need behind a client's question and know exactly which platform capability answers it. You proactively analyze usage data to reach out before issues arise, driving value before a request is even made. You can confidently guide new users from an empty project to an active study and explain quantitative research methods in the client's business context.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in market research, consumer insights, or a client-facing role at a research SaaS company, including hands-on survey design and analysis
• Working knowledge of quantitative methods (Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, segmentation) and familiarity with brand tracking
• Proven track record of running client training, onboarding sessions, and enablement programs
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Client Development teams without crossing commercial boundaries
• US-based and available to work US business hours
• Curious, open to feedback, hungry for empowerment, and hands-on in approach
