OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that enables companies to deliver virtual care across all 50 states and multiple specialties. The company is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to design and execute end-to-end customer marketing campaigns that drive expansion and adoption across the existing customer base.
In this role, you will partner closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify and pursue expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Account Planning: Work one-to-one with Customer Success on account planning for strategic accounts, identifying tailored expansion opportunities.
- Broad-Based Customer Campaigns: Build campaigns that drive awareness of best practices and new programs to expand customer offerings.
- Customer Education Content: Collaborate with the Content team to develop educational materials that help clients understand expansion pathways.
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Set up and execute end-to-end campaigns across email, events, content, and lifecycle channels.
- Product-Led Growth: Run campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of new products across the existing customer base.
- Data-Driven Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer and usage data to uncover and prioritize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Reporting & Insights: Own customer marketing data and reporting, providing regular updates to cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
- Program Leadership: Lead the customer expansion function from ideation through execution and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing at a B2B company
- Proven experience working closely with Customer Success or Account Management teams on both one-to-one account planning and broader campaign-based customer marketing
- Proficiency as an AI power user (using AI for data analysis, ideation, copy drafting, and iterative improvement)
- Strong command of lifecycle marketing across email, events, content, and other channels
- Proven ability to dive deep into data to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Builder mindset with high degree of ownership, speed, curiosity, and attention to detail
- HubSpot experience preferred
- Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus but not required
