Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 / annual

Letter AI is a revenue enablement platform powered by AI that transforms customer conversations and account data into actionable insights, coaching, and next steps. The company recently raised $40M in Series B funding and counts Adobe, Lenovo, and Figma among its customers. You will own the execution and evolution of Letter AI's customer marketing strategy while building and scaling a thriving customer community. This is an opportunity to turn an engaged customer base into a powerful growth engine by amplifying their stories, creating connection opportunities, and establishing systematic advocacy programs. Key responsibilities include: - Owning Letter AI's customer marketing strategy, identifying and prioritizing valuable customer relationships - Building and managing the Letter customer community, developing programming, content, and engagement strategies that keep customers active and connected - Creating peer-to-peer learning opportunities through discussions, events, educational programming, and best-practice sharing - Developing a systematic approach to customer reviews, testimonials, and reference pools in partnership with Customer Success and Sales - Producing customer proof points including case studies, video testimonials, and reference materials for Sales and Marketing - Launching and running programs that deepen key customer relationships (webinars, co-marketing, events, community initiatives) - Identifying and nurturing community champions, creating pathways to advocacy and deeper engagement - Establishing tools, processes, and reporting to track community engagement, advocacy, and program impact Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or community management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company - Proven track record of converting customer relationships into tangible marketing assets (reviews, case studies, testimonials) - Experience designing or running a customer advisory board, community, or similar customer engagement program - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing teams - Excellent communication and storytelling ability; ability to craft compelling narratives from customer results - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities - Familiarity with sales or revenue enablement space is a plus
