Eleos Health is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to lead the company's expansion into the Home Health and Hospice (HH&H) market. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert bridging clinical realities with product, engineering, sales, and implementation teams. In this role, you will translate complex regulatory frameworks—including CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS-E, HOPE, PDGM, and hospice eligibility standards—into actionable product requirements, compliance rulesets, and customer-facing guidance. You'll help build the compliance dashboard and custom rules engine for the Care at Home vertical. Key responsibilities include: - Translating CMS regulations and state/accreditation standards into operational workflows and AI rule sets, maintaining compliance libraries covering OASIS-E accuracy, HOPE validation, hospice eligibility documentation, PDGM coding, and social determinants of health capture - Providing clinical validation and subject matter expertise for AI-driven compliance prompts, quality assurance nudges, and dashboard checks - Leading discovery sessions with HH&H executives, QA/QAPI directors, and clinicians to identify compliance gaps and support end-to-end implementations - Serving as the HH&H compliance expert during customer meetings, quarterly business reviews, and onsite visits - Educating internal teams on HH&H compliance personas, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics - Monitoring regulatory changes and translating market signals into product and positioning recommendations You bring clinical licensure and direct patient care experience in home health or hospice (RN, PT, OT, SLP, SW, or equivalent), plus 5+ years in quality assurance, compliance, or clinical operations leadership at director level or above. You have deep knowledge of CMS regulations, OASIS-E, HOPE, PDGM, and hospice standards, with hands-on audit preparation experience. Familiarity with major HH&H EHR systems (HCHB, WellSky, MatrixCare, Netsmart, etc.) is required. Experience with LLM prompt engineering, AI model validation, or data-driven quality improvement is valued. Nice-to-haves include revenue cycle/coding compliance background, relevant certifications (COS-C, CHC, CPHQ, HCS-D), and experience with PDGM recoupment or CMS enforcement.
