Comply365 is a leading provider of Operational Content Management, Safety Management, and Training Management for highly regulated industries including Aviation, Defense, and Rail. The company delivers a comprehensive product portfolio that helps airlines, rail, and defense organizations achieve operational excellence, transform safety management, and streamline training with integrated data across these domains.
You will join the Delivery team as a Customer Delivery Manager, supporting customers throughout their SaaS implementation journey. This is a hybrid role based in Irving, TX, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live
- Understand customer business needs and help define and build solutions using the SaaS platform
- Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices
- Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption
- Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience
You will be customer-focused, organized, and comfortable understanding business needs, configuring solutions, and delivering effective training. The role requires willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month.
Requirements:
- Experienced in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or similar customer-facing role
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Aviation or aerospace experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of the FOX Training Management System is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month
