Comply365 is a leading provider of Operational Content Management, Safety Management, and Training Management solutions for highly regulated industries including Aviation, Defense, and Rail. The company serves airlines, rail, and defense organizations with a comprehensive product portfolio designed to elevate operational excellence and transform safety management and training.
You will join the Delivery team as a Customer Delivery Manager, supporting customers throughout their implementation journey and helping them successfully adopt and derive value from Comply365's SaaS solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Beloit, WI, with an expectation of attending the office 3 days per week. The role involves approximately one week per month of international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live
- Understand customer needs and help define and build solutions using the SaaS platform
- Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices
- Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption
- Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable understanding business needs, configuring solutions, and delivering effective customer training.
Requirements:
- Experienced in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month
- Aviation or aerospace experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of the FOX Training Management System is a plus
