As a Customer Architect, you will serve as the technical leader for the company's largest and most strategic enterprise accounts. Working closely with Strategic Customer Success Managers, you'll design and implement scalable solutions that span product configuration, integrations, business processes, and operational workflows. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role requiring someone who excels at solving complex problems, influencing without direct authority, and building repeatable solutions that drive measurable customer outcomes.
You'll partner across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams to identify and remove technical and operational barriers for key accounts. Your work will directly shape the future of Enterprise Customer Success at Restaurant365, helping customers realize the full value of the platform and improve their profitability and operational efficiency.
