AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The company combines AI-driven search with public and private content (equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, trade journals) to help sophisticated organizations remove uncertainty from decision-making. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in NYC with 2,000+ employees globally, AlphaSense acquired Tegus in 2024 to expand its content and product capabilities. The Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager owns both strategy and scaled execution of customer proof-point content, including case studies, customer quotes and testimonials, logo usage and compliance, and the customer reviews program (G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius). This role also manages the Customer Awards program, on-site video content capture at flagship events, and review-platform vendor relationships and budgets. The ideal candidate sets a proof-point content roadmap prioritized by business impact—not just executing an intake queue—while running a high-volume content operation end-to-end from sourcing through legal and customer approval. Key responsibilities include: - Define the annual case study and proof-point content roadmap in partnership with Product Marketing, aligned to revenue and pipeline priorities - Determine which customer stories and proof points to pursue based on expected pipeline, bookings, and adoption impact - Own scaled creation and end-to-end delivery of customer content (quotes, testimonials, case studies) from sourcing through legal and customer approval - Use tools like Peerbound to transform customer insights from Gong calls into approved content at scale - Own the customer reference database and review-generation program across G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and TrustRadius - Manage vendor relationships and budget for review platforms, including contract renewals - Own the end-to-end process for customer logo usage, ensuring adherence to contract terms and legal/brand compliance - Own the customer awards program on a recurring annual cadence: nominee sourcing, winner selection, notification, production, and event integration - Own on-site video filming and customer engagement logistics at flagship events, including building filming schedules and securing participation agreements - Own and continuously refine the end-to-end content workflow from intake to publication - Project manage creation, review, and approval processes for all customer proof-point assets - Track and report on the performance and business impact of proof-point content (pipeline, bookings, adoption influence) - Maintain proactive communication with Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and Legal; serve as the point of contact and escalation path for each owned initiative This role partners closely with a Senior Manager who owns high-touch programs like the Customer Advisory Board, Executive Sponsorship, RKO, and customer community. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations, with demonstrated ownership of both strategy and execution - Proven track record of setting a content roadmap and prioritizing initiatives against business impact, not just delivering against an intake queue - Proven track record of owning content projects end-to-end, including legal/compliance coordination - Experience owning vendor relationships and budget, ideally for review-generation or reference platforms - Strong written communication skills and an eye for turning customer insight into compelling assets - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content intelligence tools (e.g., Peerbound, Gong) preferred - Comfortable managing on-site logistics for large customer-facing events
