OneFootball is the world's leading digital football platform with over 200 million fans globally. As CRM Manager, you will own the global CRM strategy and drive engagement, retention, and long-term user value across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute OneFootball's global CRM strategy, driving engagement, retention, and long-term user value across products and audiences
- Own the complete customer lifecycle, creating and optimizing journeys across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Deliver personalized communication experiences across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and mobile app inbox
- Manage and optimize CRM channels and technology stack, including platforms such as Airship, Refiner, and Jasper
- Develop audience segmentation, automation, and targeting strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to continuously improve CRM effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and technology teams to deliver business impact
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM within media, sports, digital, or e-commerce business with proven track record of driving engagement and retention
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Airship, Braze, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Comfortable building automated customer journeys and audience segments
- Excellent copywriting skills with strong eye for visual design
- Highly data-literate; comfortable analyzing campaign performance, running experiments, and optimizing based on insights
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, Figma
- Experience with AI, automation, or AI-driven workflows is a plus
- Product marketing experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, or other European languages) are a plus
