Revolut is seeking a Credit Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of SME business lending products across Europe and the UK. This role sits within Revolut's Credit team, which manages the entire product lifecycle for lending features—from backend systems to customer-facing experiences.
You will own the vision and strategy for business lending products, ensuring alignment with Revolut's broader goals. Key responsibilities include developing high-quality business requirements that challenge market conventions, designing world-class customer experiences across the full SME lifecycle, and defining short-, mid-, and long-term product roadmaps. You'll create market-leading distribution and sales strategies focused on high conversion and low customer acquisition cost, establish partnerships with third-party providers, and maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SME lending across Europe and the UK, including knowledge of market segments, competitive landscape, acquisition channels, and best practices. You should have a proven track record building products or features in the SME lending space, with strong product design skills and a customer-centric mindset. Technical competencies include UI/UX knowledge, risk management principles, and data analysis. You'll need excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, a detail-oriented analytical approach, and demonstrated ability to lead teams and build cross-functional partnerships. A passion for ownership, process innovation, and disrupting the status quo is essential. User research familiarity is a plus.
