Revolut is seeking a Credit Product Manager to drive the development and scaling of lending features across its global platform. The Credit team manages the entire product lifecycle—from backend systems to customer-facing experiences—combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision to deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
In this role, you will set the vision for credit features and connect them to business goals. You'll build world-class customer experiences while understanding the full credit lifecycle. Key responsibilities include defining, prioritizing, and communicating short, mid, and long-term product goals; ensuring high engagement in UX design; creating high-conversion funnels; improving acceptance rates; lowering customer acquisition costs; maintaining high customer satisfaction; establishing third-party partnerships; and ensuring zero tolerance for compliance issues.
You'll need experience building products or features in retail credit, with excellent new product design skills and a passionate approach to customer experience. Required qualifications include knowledge of UI/UX principles, broad risk management expertise, a technical degree from a top university, and proficiency in programming and data analysis. You should be detail-oriented, structured, and skilled at interpersonal communication and negotiation. A track record of data-driven decision-making, business intuition around credit features, and the ability to lead teams and build cross-functional partnerships are essential. You'll communicate effectively with stakeholders and have a passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo.
