Revolut is a global fintech platform with 80+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The Credit team creates and scales lending features that power global growth, managing the entire product lifecycle from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. As Credit Product Manager, you will be the go-to expert on all credit products and features. You'll drive growth across the credit funnel, improve conversion and engagement, lower customer acquisition costs, and maintain product quality throughout the customer journey. Your responsibilities include: • Setting the vision for new credit products and features aligned with company goals • Building credit products with world-class customer experiences • Defining, prioritizing, and communicating short, mid, and long-term product roadmaps • Ensuring high engagement in UX design to deliver exceptional customer experiences • Creating high-conversion funnels and optimizing customer acquisition costs • Maintaining high customer satisfaction in the retail credit segment • Establishing reliable third-party partnerships • Ensuring zero tolerance for compliance issues and regulatory breaches You'll work across engineering, design, risk, and compliance teams to deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region. REQUIREMENTS: • Technical degree from a top university • Solid design experience building retail credit products and/or features • Deep understanding of the full credit lifecycle and its impact on customer experience • Knowledge of UI/UX and customer behavior • Experience analyzing data and real-world customer experiences • Understanding of risk management principles • Programming and data analysis skills • Experience in user research and feature prioritization based on customer needs • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Analytical mindset with track record of data-driven decision-making • Ability to lead teams, take ownership, and build cross-functional partnerships • Passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo
