Revolut is seeking a Credit Manager to oversee credit fraud within its global supply chain finance operations. This role sits within the Credit team, which creates and scales lending features powering global growth across Revolut's 60+ million customer base. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize fraud detection and mitigation across supply chain finance (SCF) products, including invoice discounting, factoring, working capital, and B2B BNPL. Your responsibilities include ensuring product-level compliance with group fraud policies, continuously improving credit fraud policies and procedures tailored to SCF risks, and scoping necessary controls and monitoring systems. You'll update and fine-tune fraud risk models, propose improvements to detection tools, and strategically investigate risk incidents and control breaches. Key deliverables include establishing metrics and dashboards for proactive monitoring of early warning indicators, owning credit fraud updates for various forums and committees, and ensuring adherence to defined credit fraud risk appetite. You'll engage cross-functionally to prioritize fraud-related issues and drive remediation efforts. Required qualifications: 4+ years managing credit fraud in retail banking or fintech; deep understanding of supply chain finance products; proven success implementing fraud controls and metrics for complex business lending; expertise developing credit fraud strategies for new markets; experience designing and calibrating fraud detection rules and model-based controls; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; working knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools. Nice-to-have skills include credit policy governance framework knowledge, ability to work with 2nd/3rd line of defense, excellent communication, experience with external fraud vendors (device intelligence, behavioral biometrics, B2B fraud consortiums), and familiarity with AI-based controls for cross-market portfolio analysis.
