Track and escalate partner-reported events such as exclusions, license or accreditation actions, litigation, bankruptcy, or ownership changes, recommending suspension or termination when warranted. Collect quarterly directory attestations and update Salesforce with changes to service area, location, or ownership. Collect annual compliance attestations (code of conduct, general compliance training, staff roster). Coordinate with the partner support team to activate and deactivate partners as needed. The ideal candidate brings a detail-oriented, zero-defect mindset with exceptional organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
