DualEntry is an AI-native ERP platform automating accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
As Creator in Residence, you will be the face and voice of DualEntry's finance and accounting content strategy. You'll work in the in-house content studio, creating daily content across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube/Twitch. Your mission is to translate dense CFO and accounting topics into engaging, shareable content—explainers, hot takes, memes—that resonate with audiences and drive organic reach.
You'll operate with high agency, pitching your own ideas and maintaining a consistent daily posting cadence. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team (which includes community builders, SEO specialists, and automation engineers) to ensure content aligns with broader company initiatives and product feedback loops.
The role sits within a high-speed, high-trust environment at a well-funded fintech company reinventing a $220B industry. You'll have direct influence on product direction through your content insights and community feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep understanding of accounting and finance; ability to explain complex topics (e.g., balance sheets) accessibly
- Genuine passion for finance and accounting topics
- Native fluency on Twitter/X and LinkedIn; understanding of platform mechanics and viral content dynamics
- "Chronically online" sensibility: early to trends, fluent in internet culture, comfortable communicating in memes
- High agency and self-direction; ability to pitch ideas independently
- Real design instincts; capability to create polished graphics, carousels, memes, and lightweight motion content
- Proven track record of growing social audiences (either personal accounts from zero or managing top-tier company social channels)
- Location: New York City HQ (7 World Trade Center)
