FLORA is a creative software company building world-class creative tools used by leading agencies and brands (Pentagram, Nike, Prada, Netflix, Red Antler). As Creative Producer, you'll operate with maximum autonomy to conceive, direct, produce, and ship creative work across campaigns, films, social, launches, editorial, and cultural experiments. Your role bridges creative ambition and product development: you'll set the standard for world-class work in the generative era while your own workflows, frustrations, and insights directly shape the creative tools FLORA builds for millions of users.
You'll work closely with the founder and CEO on a mandate that extends beyond marketing—this is about defining what's possible at the intersection of generative creation and traditional craft. You'll be one of FLORA's most demanding users, pushing the tools and the company forward through your creative practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Portfolio of world-class creative work made at an agency, in-house team, or independently
- Ability to move quickly from concept to finished, beautiful work with resourcefulness
- Deep fluency in generative creation tools and genuine conviction in the new creative paradigm
- Mastery of traditional creative disciplines paired with desire to push beyond current conventions
- Strong creative direction and art direction instincts, plus practical production ability
- Informed perspective on both the practice and theory of generative creation and its place in art history
- Ambition to build a brand people care about, combined with commercial sense to understand what sustains it
