Scopely, a leading mobile games publisher behind MONOPOLY GO!, Pokémon GO, and Stumble Guys, is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to join an unannounced project. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona or London and reports into the marketing team supporting game launches and live operations. You will own the creative production pipeline for marketing assets, from concept through delivery. Responsibilities include creating and adapting marketing creatives (static, video, and social media) for game launches and live operations; supporting end-to-end creative production including brief intake, asset planning, stakeholder alignment, and feedback management; coordinating with game teams, external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery; developing quick concepts, mockups, and visual references to support creative ideation; monitoring top-performing games, competitors, and creative trends across global markets to inform strategy; and continuously improving creative workflows and asset quality through data and process optimization. You bring 3–5 years of creative marketing experience, ideally in games or a related creative field (agency experience is a plus). You have strong visual design fundamentals (composition, color, typography, layout, motion, visual storytelling) and are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). You understand brand communication, marketing creatives, and current visual trends in gaming, with a passion for games and active awareness of creative trends globally—particularly Western games, with familiarity in Japanese, Korean, and other Asian markets a bonus. You excel at project management and stakeholder communication, can juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Fluency in English is required; a design degree or equivalent training is desirable. A portfolio or work samples are required with your application.
