Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Counterintelligence & Security Risk Analyst to support its CI and Security Investigations team. This role is central to safeguarding Anduril's workforce, technologies, and supply chain by proactively identifying and mitigating threats from nation-state actors and insider risks. You will analyze complex threats affecting Anduril globally, leveraging internal and external data sets to develop actionable intelligence. Key responsibilities include: developing CI analysis tailored to defense industry threats; analyzing nation-state actor behaviors and anomalies; executing workforce, visitor, and supplier vetting initiatives; coordinating with federal agencies (DoD, Intelligence Community, law enforcement) to access threat information; establishing partnerships across product, supply chain, legal, HR, and InfoSec teams; producing strategic risk assessments and detailed reports for senior leadership; developing analytic methodologies for counterintelligence and people/supplier risk; providing investigative support; developing compliance procedures and risk frameworks; monitoring and communicating trends in people, supplier, and nation-state risk; supporting training and awareness initiatives; and traveling to Anduril sites as needed. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who operates independently in fast-paced environments, possesses deep expertise in CI and intelligence analysis, and demonstrates strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will work across a rapidly growing, global organization to identify and mitigate emerging threats and enable informed decision-making at the executive level.
