Hims & Hers, a leading public health and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Product Counsel to join its Legal team. This role provides practical legal advice to Product, Growth, and Marketing teams supporting the development, launch, and promotion of health and wellness products and solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams on legal aspects of category development, new solutions, marketing materials, and digital product design - Identify and address privacy and regulatory issues in collaboration with Regulatory and Privacy Counsel - Review customer-facing promotional content (advertising, website, social media, packaging) for compliance with legal and regulatory standards - Deliver practical, business-focused, solutions-oriented legal guidance - Develop trusted relationships with business partners - Stay informed on product developments, business objectives, and evolving legal landscape The role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce, requiring proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment. Requirements: - Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school - Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction - 4+ years of post-law school experience practicing at a law firm and/or in-house, advising business teams on legal aspects of promotional and e-commerce activities - Experience with FTC laws and regulations and state consumer protection laws - Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities - Strong business judgment and creative mindset Preferred Qualifications: - Experience advising on FDA-regulated products - Experience advising on intellectual property issues (trademarks, copyrights) - Working knowledge of US and state consumer privacy laws and healthcare privacy laws
