Hims & Hers, a leading telehealth and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join its Legal team. The role reports to the Managing Counsel, Litigation and focuses on managing an active docket of disputes and litigation matters across healthcare, technology, and e-commerce domains.
Key responsibilities include: supporting and managing disputes and litigation matters with strategy development; representing the company in smaller litigation matters including regulatory inquiries and subpoenas; managing outside counsel for complex cases with strategic guidance and case management; providing guidance to internal stakeholders (Customer Support, People teams) on litigation risks and mitigation strategies; supporting discovery and litigation hold processes; and maintaining communication with insurance carriers and third parties.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of litigation experience from a top law firm or in-house legal department, with strong written and oral advocacy skills and demonstrated litigation drafting expertise. Required qualifications include a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction. The role demands the ability to manage complex workloads with shifting priorities, excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
