Kredivo Group, Southeast Asia's leading digital financial services provider, is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to execute its mid to long-term strategic roadmap. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will drive the company's buy-or-build expansion strategy across the region, working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to build a diversified digital financial services platform. Key responsibilities include leading commercial due diligence on potential acquisitions and market entry projects—conducting market sizing, competitive landscape assessments, customer segmentation analysis, unit economics modeling, regulatory analysis, and post-merger synergy evaluation. You will conduct primary research through expert interviews, customer conversations, and surveys, translating findings into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and financial planning. You will monitor industry trends and competitive developments to identify emerging expansion opportunities, and support end-to-end execution of M&A, strategic investments, and joint ventures—from sourcing and screening through evaluation and closing. Additionally, you will support capital markets and investor relations efforts by preparing materials that communicate the firm's strategy to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development, with familiarity and genuine interest in financial services and fintech. You are execution-oriented, thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with AI tools is expected. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a Southeast Asian regional language (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, or Tagalog) is preferred. You will be based in Singapore with occasional travel.
