Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 / annual

You will serve as a G&A and Marketing recruiter, supporting recruitment end-to-end across General & Administrative and Marketing functions. Your responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a wide range of roles while managing the complete process from sourcing through offer acceptance. You will create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging internal resources to attract top talent. You will develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to create a best-in-class hiring experience from recruiting through onboarding. You will collaborate with other members of the recruiting organization, including recruiters and recruiting coordinators. You will proactively anticipate challenges and mitigate risk, demonstrating strong sourcing skills to attract and hire top talent. You will anticipate client needs and deliver solutions before being asked. You will leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting processes.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection, with potential additional in-office days for team or company events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Demonstrated high-level client and candidate experience, superior negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Ability to context switch across roles while handling complex and sophisticated searches
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Strategic thinking with ability to bring resolution to challenges and problems throughout the recruiting process
- Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies (Ashby preferred)
