Fluidstack is building civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers across multiple states. The company is deploying gigawatts of compute at unprecedented speed and scale. As Corporate Health Senior Manager, you will own the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) function across all business units: data center operations, construction, manufacturing, and corporate. This is a high-impact role building critical programs from the ground up while the company scales rapidly. Key Responsibilities: - Own the multi-state workers compensation program end-to-end: carrier and TPA selection, claims management, reserve reviews, and closure across thousands of employees in construction, manufacturing, data center operations, and corporate roles. - Run case management for every work-related injury and illness from first report through treatment, fitness-for-duty assessments, and return-to-work, with occupational medicine and clinic networks in each operating state. - Build and operate the return-to-work program to get injured employees back on modified or full duty in days, with transitional duty roles pre-defined for shift-based field positions. - Stand up industrial hygiene and ergonomics programs for high-energy sites and manufacturing: exposure assessments, sampling, heat/noise/fatigue controls, ergonomic risk reduction, and medical surveillance where required. - Own OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 recordkeeping across all sites, ensuring accuracy, currency, and defensibility during inspections and audits. - Build a data-driven injury and illness analytics program that surfaces trends and cost drivers to leadership and site teams, enabling proactive control before the next incident. - Work directly with carriers, adjusters, defense counsel, occupational physicians, HR, and injured employees, providing clear answers and next steps. The role operates within Fluidstack's culture of extreme ownership, velocity, first-principles thinking, and building things that matter. You will have full autonomy to own scope end-to-end and operate outside your core function as needed to drive results. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience personally managing a multi-state workers compensation program for a workforce of thousands, with documented outcomes in carrier/TPA relationships, reserve reviews, and premium/experience-mod management. - Proven track record running case management for high-severity injuries in construction, manufacturing, or heavy industry, with measurable improvements in return-to-work metrics. - Experience building a return-to-work or transitional duty program from scratch and successfully driving adoption with field supervisors and union or contractor workforces. - Hands-on experience leading industrial hygiene and ergonomics work: writing exposure assessments, conducting sampling, redesigning tasks to eliminate injuries, and implementing medical surveillance. - Ownership of OSHA recordkeeping across multiple sites with successful audit or inspection outcomes. - Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups (carriers, adjusters, counsel, physicians, HR, employees) simultaneously and deliver clear direction. - Data-driven approach: experience pulling claims and clinic data into trend analysis and making control decisions based on insights. - Bonus qualifications: Industrial hygiene or safety credentials (CIH, CSP); case management or disability management credentials (CCM, CPDM, occupational health RN); experience with self-insured or high-deductible programs and captive structures; multi-state compliance knowledge in Texas, New York, Indiana, Louisiana; familiarity with claims analytics tools (Origami, Riskonnect, Intelex).
