The Legal team at Revolut partners across the organization to provide practical, sharp advice that enables fast business growth while maintaining compliance and protection. This role is critical to supporting Revolut's expansion initiatives through robust corporate governance frameworks.
As Corporate Governance Counsel, you will establish and maintain Revolut's corporate governance framework to support the company's growth trajectory. You'll work closely with the Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory and commercial challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting company policies and comprehensive corporate governance frameworks
- Supporting regulatory filings, governance tasks, and strategic business initiatives
- Providing regulatory and commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Assisting with licensing applications and regulatory submissions
- Managing document systems and administrative legal processes
- Documenting legal precedents and facilitating internal knowledge sharing across teams
You'll need to be a qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in law firms or in-house roles, ideally in banking or fintech. Fluency in English and Hebrew is essential. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and manage high volumes of legal documentation confidently. The ideal candidate shows initiative, sound judgment, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a willingness to take ownership while learning quickly in a hands-on capacity.
