Revolut is a fintech super app serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Legal team partners across the organization to provide practical advice enabling rapid growth while maintaining compliance and protection.
As Corporate Counsel, you will advise on complex corporate structures, engage with investors and key stakeholders, and execute large-scale transactions. You'll work closely with the C-Suite and senior management on strategic initiatives including financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and group restructurings. The role combines leadership of junior team members with hands-on execution of complex legal matters under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with C-Suite and senior management on corporate strategy
- Leading major corporate projects including M&A, financing, and restructuring
- Overseeing and mentoring junior legal team members
- Managing significant, complex legal matters with short turnaround times
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Stakeholder management across the organization
You'll need 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a current practising certificate (any jurisdiction accepted). Corporate experience at a top-tier law firm in a major city is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are critical, along with excellent academic credentials and a results-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is required.
