Revolut is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team in London (with UK remote flexibility). The role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and legal execution, supporting Revolut's mission to deliver financial freedom to 70+ million customers globally.
You will work closely with the C-Suite and senior management to advise on complex corporate structures, investor relations, and large-scale transactions. Key responsibilities include leading major corporate projects such as financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and group restructurings. You will oversee junior team members assisting with execution while balancing strategic advisory work with hands-on legal drafting and document management.
The role demands excellence in both leadership and execution—managing significant, complex legal matters with tight turnaround times while maintaining stakeholder relationships across the organization.
Required qualifications: 6+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) with a current practising certificate (any jurisdiction). You must have corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm in a major city, with strong expertise in legal document drafting and stakeholder management. Fluency in English, impeccable communication skills, responsibility, result-orientation, and excellent academic credentials are essential.
