Coupa Software is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team, initially focused on supporting the procurement function. The role involves managing and overseeing procurement contract and supplier negotiations, administration, and compliance to ensure all contracts align with company objectives and legal requirements. You will work collaboratively with the procurement team to handle contract lifecycle management, from negotiation through execution and ongoing administration.
As the right candidate progresses, the role can expand to include general corporate matters, real estate, marketing, ESG, and subsidiary management, providing broad exposure to enterprise legal issues. This is an opportunity to build expertise across multiple legal domains while supporting a global, high-growth SaaS company.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in contract negotiation and analysis, and comfortable working in a collaborative, transparent environment. You should have strong legal writing and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks. Experience in procurement law, commercial contracts, or corporate law is valued.
