Keyfactor is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to support external communications, social media, and content programs that build brand awareness, strengthen reputation, and increase visibility with key audiences. The role combines corporate communications, social media management, and employee advocacy. You will draft and edit press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and executive materials; support media relations including briefing materials and interview logistics; manage editorial calendars for the corporate blog and Source newsletter; and develop social content across platforms that translates complex cybersecurity and technology topics into clear, engaging posts. Key responsibilities include: - Drafting press releases, blog posts, infographics, award submissions, executive materials, and newsletter content aligned with approved messaging - Supporting media relations activities, including developing briefing materials and coordinating media inquiries - Managing corporate blog and newsletter editorial calendars, coordinating drafts, reviews, edits, approvals, and publishing - Executing global social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across priority platforms - Developing social content that translates company news, product launches, and technical topics into clear posts - Managing day-to-day social publishing, employee advocacy, video distribution, and performance reporting using Oktopost, Wistia, YouTube, and related platforms - Supporting employee advocacy initiatives that amplify brand and thought leadership - Developing social toolkits and messaging to help employees engage with and amplify company content - Monitoring social media performance and recommending optimization opportunities - Partnering with Brand, Communications, Field and Events, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Creative teams You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, executives, subject matter experts, creative teams, and external agency partners while managing multiple priorities and translating complex information into accessible content for different audiences and channels. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field - 3+ years of experience managing social media programs for B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or another complex industry - Strong writing and editing skills with ability to develop clear, engaging content across corporate communications, social media, blogs, newsletters, and executive materials - Strong understanding of major social media platforms and interest in evolving social trends, audience behaviors, and content formats - Experience managing editorial calendars, content workflows, approvals, and multiple concurrent projects - Strong research skills and curiosity about cybersecurity, technology, media, and broader business landscape - Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content for different audiences and channels - Strong organizational and project management skills with careful attention to detail - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, executives, subject matter experts, creative teams, and external agency partners - Ability to interpret basic communications and social media performance data and use insights to recommend improvements - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
