Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager – Employee Experience to lead strategic internal communications and employee retention initiatives within their lean HR team. This role bridges data-driven retention strategy with culture-building and internal communications in a healthcare environment serving patients with complex, chronic conditions across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida.
The position is structured around three core pillars:
**Data, Analytics & Retention Strategy (50%):** Own end-to-end administration of employee feedback mechanisms including annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, onboarding checkpoints, and exit/stay interviews. Track critical retention metrics including 90-day onboarding attrition, department-level turnover, manager effectiveness scores, and engagement sentiment.
**Strategic Internal Communications (30%):** Partner with executive leadership to design clear, transparent change-management communications and organizational updates. Craft messaging that reinforces company values, strategic milestones, and employee value proposition across a multi-site healthcare workforce. Maintain active, two-way feedback channels between frontline healthcare staff and leadership to foster trust and psychological safety.
**Culture-Building & Recognition Frameworks (20%):** Design, scale, and manage enterprise-wide recognition frameworks celebrating employee milestones and clinical/operational performance. Oversee strategic direction, theme, and ROI for select signature annual cultural events (with tactical support from executive administrative resources). Align internal cultural initiatives with external employer brand efforts to boost frontline talent attraction and pride.
