Evergreen Nephrology is transforming kidney care through a value-based, person-centered approach. The company partners with nephrologists to improve patient outcomes by delaying disease progression, shifting care to the home, and accelerating kidney transplants.
As Controller, you will oversee accounting operations and lead a team of accountants. Key responsibilities include managing the general ledger, leading month-end and year-end close processes, and preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP. You will support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions. You'll set clear performance goals for your team and provide mentorship.
You will partner with leadership across functions to shape financial policies and internal controls. You'll work closely with external auditors and tax professionals to support annual audits and tax filings. This role reports to the SVP of Finance.
The position is fully remote but requires availability during 8:30am–5pm Central time. You should be devoted to healthcare innovation, thrive in evolving environments with high rates of change, and be committed to improving patient outcomes through excellent financial stewardship.
