You will also assist with ad hoc projects related to capital markets activity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-evolving AI infrastructure business where transactions span revenue contracts, large-scale infrastructure investments, and strategic financing. You'll navigate complex deal structures across venture-backed and enterprise contracts while operating in an environment with significant technical and operational complexity. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience - CPA required; Big 4 background strongly preferred - Deep technical accounting expertise and deep expertise in U.S. GAAP - Experience owning a close process and an audit at a high-growth technology company - Demonstrated ability to build an accounting function from scratch, including team, systems, and processes - Comfortable navigating ambiguity in deal structures and translating complexity into clear accounting positions - Exceptional technical writing skills, including preparation of accounting memos - Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or high-growth technology companies - Familiarity with infrastructure or hardware-intensive business models
